Skunk (Peaches) in Skunks make EXCELLENT pets !

This is my pet Skunk Peaches. She is an excellent pet. She is very affectionate and loveable and loves to be held or petted. She also likes to sleep in our bed under the covers on cold nights. She is very nice and very quite, in fact, skunks make virtually no noise – they can if they want, if they are hurt, mad or very excited, but seldom do. They are very neat and clean and easily litter box trained. She eats mostly veggies and a small amount of low cal dried dog food. She is much like a cat, when she is not eating, or being petted, she is sleeping. She was purchased from a licensed breeder, so she doesn’t have rabies, and can’t get rabies unless she is bitten by another animal that has rabies… like a rabid bat, or coyote and since she never leaves my house unattended that is not likely to happen. Although she is very shy and will hide when she hears or sees a stranger, she never bites in anger and gets along very well with my 2 cats and my dog. She is the best pet I have ever had.
